Ally is a New York actor in theatre and on camera.
She holds a BFA in Acting from Brooklyn College.
Ally loves improv, organizing her Google Calendar, and cuddlin’ her pups, Milo & Violet. She starts every day with a cup of tea. She becomes frozen in place by heights but loves roller coasters.
When she isn’t telling stories, she’s reading them.
And when she isn’t reading, she’s probably checking email.

1 minute play festival
The 18th annual Gi60 (Gone in 60 Seconds) International One Minute Theatre Festival premiered 50 tiny plays written by playwrights from around the world and performed by twelve intrepid actors in a single evening! With authors from Ontario to Ohio, and Great Britain to Brooklyn, this rich collection of stories captured life's unique moments through the eyes of lovers, dreamers, and rebellious zombies.
Since 2004, Gi60 has dedicated itself to the creation and support of one minute plays to provide opportunities for playwrights and theatre artists from the global community. Gi60 produces 100 new plays annually - 50 in the US and 50 in the UK - and has premiered over 2000 plays written by diverse voices from around the world; available for viewing on the Gi60 YouTube Channel. In October, Ally was back on a real stage at The Tank NYC with the 17th Annual Gone in 60: The International One Minute Theatre Festival!
Gi60 premiered 50 one-minute plays written by authors from around the world, and performed by 12 actors in a single evening. With plays from New Zealand to New Jersey, and Canada to Costa Rica, this rich collection of stories captured life’s unique moments through the eyes of lovers, dreamers, and serial killer sock puppets.

Ally got to embody Isabella Goodwin, the first woman detective in New York City, at this incredible reading. This play is in response to the New York Times Article: “MORE WOMEN DESERVE STATUES IN NEW YORK: HERE ARE 10”. Many thanks to the 10 playwrights for their words and Anna Strasser for her beautiful direction.

Ally was thrilled to be cast in the reading of For the Smog Is Rising by Minghao Tu & directed by Luke Leonard at the New York Public Library. It was a terrific evening of sisterhood, diversity, and shockingly, Richard Nixon.

LEN JENKIN’S PLAY READING AT DENIZEN THEATRE
The new play, Stella Maris, is an exciting and whimsical story. Ally got to play the titular role and have serious fun with a killer cast, director, and playwright. This trip to New Paltz was one for the books!

Ally has been a company member of Gi60: the International One Minute Theatre Festival in Brooklyn, NY since 2015.
